Process Technician

Job Summary
Operate a variety of extrusion and blow-molding manufacturing equipment in a clean, climate-controlled facility to produce high-quality rigid plastic containers. Perform routine monitoring and adjustments (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure, etc.), troubleshoot equipment, and conduct quality checks for bottle weights and dimensions. Participate with the team to identify safety, reliability, quality, and scrap-reduction improvements, and engage in formal and side-by-side training with opportunities for career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Manufacturing Production Technician
- Working knowledge of extrusion or blow molding equipment is preferred (not required)
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule (6:30pm - 7:00am) on a rotating 3-on/2-off and 2-on/3-off cycle
