Job Summary
Process Technician for plastics manufacturing responsible for monitoring injection/blow molding processes, performing mold changes, startups, and process adjustments to keep production running efficiently. Role includes troubleshooting equipment and tooling, verifying product specs with Quality, documenting activities, maintaining organized work areas, and mentoring less experienced team members. Candidates should have experience in manufacturing (plastics preferred), be capable of setups and adjustments independently, possess strong mechanical aptitude, and be proficient with calipers, micrometers, and gauges. This position emphasizes ownership of machines and output and requires a reliable, safety-focused mindset. Schedule features a 2-3-2 pattern with night shift differential.
