Job Summary
Join REO Plastics, Inc. as a Process Technician responsible for overseeing the sampling of new and existing molds and supporting process improvements in a fast-paced injection molding environment. Key responsibilities include establishing quality control specifications, diagnosing molding issues, researching and implementing improved processes, and maintaining accurate documentation. Candidates should possess extensive knowledge of plastic injection molding, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of plastic injection molding methods, processes, and procedures
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Computer literacy required; experience with production monitoring software is preferred
