Job Summary
The Process Technician is responsible for safely processing radioactive and mixed waste, operating process equipment, and performing tasks in an industrial environment with potential exposure to various hazards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods
- Radiological Safety Training; 24hr Hazardous Materials Training required
- Must be able to wear respiratory protection
- Must be able to work in hot and cold temperatures
- Must be able to work shift schedules if applicable
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
