Process Technician – Painter - Weekend Day Shift

Job Summary
Part load, fixture, and unload components; prepare, clean, attach fixtures, and demask parts for painting. Apply primer, topcoat, and sealant to aircraft components, bushings, flight controls, and detail parts. Perform sanding, final paint touch-ups, and ink stamping while maintaining booths and equipment. Execute work from set-up sheets, manufacturing sheets, and drawings, documenting actions in quality logs and creating Product Defect Sheets for discrepancies. Support continuous improvement, 5S activities, and Standard Work Development in the cell. Participate in cross-functional training and perform assigned duties including TPM and machine checklists. Work the Weekend Day shift (Friday-Sunday, 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) onsite at the Oakville facility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of current painting or sealant experience
- Experience in material handling and crane/hoist operations
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Must meet all requirements under ITAR and CCGP
- Weekend Day (Friday-Sunday) 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. shift availability
