Job Summary
Conduct part loading, fixturing, and unloading while performing painting, cleaning, attaching fixtures, and demasking on aircraft components. Mix and apply sealant to bushings, parts, detail components, and flight controls, then execute final paint touch-ups and ink stamping. Maintain booth and equipment, perform work from set-up sheets and drawings, and document actions in quality logs. Create Product Defect Sheets for discrepancies and support continuous improvement, 5S activities, and Standard Work Development. Participate in cross-functional training and perform assigned duties including TPM and machine checklists. Work weekday days Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Oakville Facility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of current painting or sealant experience
- Experience in material handling and crane/hoist operations
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Must meet all requirements under ITAR
- Must meet all requirements under CCGP

- Demonstrated ability to operate and use an overhead crane in a safe manner
