Job Summary
Process Technician (Operations) at Johnson & Johnson in Limerick, Ireland. Operates and monitors manufacturing equipment to meet production targets, conducts routine process checks in line with GMP, troubleshoots equipment/process issues to minimize downtime, supports line changeovers/setups/cleaning, maintains accurate production/batch records, adheres to safety/quality/compliance procedures, participates in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma), and collaborates with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to support validation and audits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Level 6 qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related technical discipline
- Proven hands-on experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- Exposure to automated or high-volume manufacturing equipment (robotics, PLCs, sensors, pneumatics, vision systems)
- Knowledge of GMP/regulated environment
- Ability to work shifts and in a fast-paced production setting
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
