Job Summary
Ensure effective gold recovery from ore while minimizing costs through targeted sampling procedures and process monitoring. Conduct workplace inspections to identify and report maintenance requirements for plant and equipment. Perform hazard analysis and ensure all accidents and incidents are reported. Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and tidiness around the processing plant. This role requires a minimum of three years' experience in gold processing plants, including operations across crushing, Control Room, CIL, and TSF management. The position operates on an 8-6/7-7 FIFO roster from Perth to Carosue Dam, Jundee, or Thunderbox. Candidates must hold Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets, along with a C Class driver's licence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a gold processing plant
- Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices and a strong attention to detail
- Experience operating across crushing, Control Room operations, Carbon in Leach (CIL), and Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) management
- Working at Heights ticket
- Confined Space ticket
- Current Australian C Class Driver's Licence
- Qualification in S26
- Elution circuit operations experience
- Gravity circuit operations experience
- Gold Room operations experience
- Medical screening
- Drug and alcohol screening
- Relevant right to work
- Australian National Police Clearance
