Job Summary
Process Technician in a cGMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The Manufacturing Operator executes a wide range of operations, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment, performing and documenting complex processes, and supporting equipment validation activities. Responsibilities include operating equipment, completing tasks in a timely manner, conducting daily activities efficiently, performing simple to complex operations, troubleshooting equipment issues, maintaining process equipment, documenting operations per cGMPs, executing equipment qualification and validation protocols, recognizing process deviations, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, communicating effectively, and maintaining training compliance. The role requires an A.A.S. in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience and 2-4 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, along with strong communication skills, proficiency with MS Office and electronic systems, and the ability to work both independently and in a team while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- A.A.S. in scientific discipline, or equivalent experience preferred
- 2-4 years’ experience in a cGMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment
- Ability to perform and document operations in accordance with cGMPs
- Proficiency with MS Office and electronic systems
- Must be able to read, write and converse in English
- PAPR and Respirator qualification preferred or required
Desired Qualifications
