Job Summary
Operate and maintain injection molding machines and molds to produce plastic components per specifications. Monitor production and adjust processes to ensure quality; perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues. Assemble finished products and run quality checks using calipers and other measuring tools. Collaborate with team to optimize production efficiency and implement lean manufacturing practices; maintain a clean, safe work area and train new employees on equipment operation and safety. Requires at least 5 years of experience as an Injection Molding Process Tech and proficiency in plastics injection molding, machining processes, and precision measurement.
Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in plastics injection molding processes
- Familiarity with machining processes
- Strong attention to detail with calipers and precision measurement tools
