Job Summary
Process Technicians at Monoflo International are responsible for supervising injection molding machines, automation cells, and robots, ensuring the production of high-quality parts. Key responsibilities include starting up and shutting down machines, optimizing processes, operating automation cells, and performing quality audits. The role requires proficiency in machine operation and meticulous documentation. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in the injection molding industry, experience with automation systems, and strong problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years' experience as a Process Technician in the injection molding industry
- Experience with robot programs and part picking
- Experience injection mold functions: hot runners, cores, pneumatic gates
- Experience navigating injection molding machine controls and parameters
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in the schedule
- Demonstrates problem solving skills with the focus on root cause analysis
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with automation systems and secondary operations is preferred
