Process Technician III

Job Summary
Operate and optimize injection molding processes by setting up, programming, and troubleshooting injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Monitor machines to minimize downtime and scrap, start up and adjust machines for maximum output, perform mold changes, set up auxiliary equipment, program robotic material handlers and injection mold machines, execute insert and version changes to molds, assist Maintenance Technicians with repairs, and assist in inspecting in-process and finished products. Maintain a clean and safe work area and be able to work a flexible schedule including 12-hour rotating day/night shifts and overtime. Relocation expenses may be reimbursed. Strong communication, basic computer skills, and mechanical/technical aptitude are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of related process technician experience
- Previous injection molding experience
