Job Summary
Operate and perform basic repairs on production equipment including Vision Systems, UTC Printing Systems, Desco Printing Systems, and Sacmi/JB Tool Assembly Machines while maintaining Safety, GMP, and Quality Compliance. Minimize downtime by ensuring equipment runs within established parameters, accurately recording all downtime, and completing order changes with full documentation. Perform specific daily cleaning per the Master Cleaning Schedule and conduct quality checks during machine repairs and troubleshooting. This developmental role prepares candidates for Process Technician I, requiring overtime, weekend work, and strong organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must have completed High School or GED
- Must be a detailed oriented person
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must possess exceptional organizational skills
- Must be able to work overtime as needed, including weekends
- Must be able to communicate exceptionally well, verbally and written
- Must have knowledge of desktop computers and various software
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in a mechanical curriculum
