Process Technician II

Process Technician II responsible for performing and supporting multiple mechanical and coating processes within our product line. They will ensure that the processes, equipment, and systems operate reliably and efficiently, carry out regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, and maintain accurate documentation. Responsibilities include performing operation of various processes to manufacture Lyten 3D Graphene materials, applying coatings (mixing, spraying, curing, inspection), routine maintenance of mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, diagnosing issues, implementing solutions, preventing downtime, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining organized tool/equipment areas, collaborating with the operations team, recommending improvements to extend equipment lifespan, and coordinating with external contractors when needed. Skills emphasized include strong understanding of mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, ability to read technical manuals and blueprints, problem solving, organizational multitasking, clear communication, teamwork, and basic computer/documentation skills. The role supports ongoing growth as Lyten expands production across the U.S. and Europe and participates in safety and quality-focused maintenance activities.
