Job Summary
Micron Technology seeks motivated Process Technicians to monitor wafer manufacturing operations, review data, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance yield, quality, and efficiency. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Responsibilities include managing semiconductor tools, troubleshooting issues, setting up processing tools, completing technical experiments, and ensuring safety compliance. Candidates should be prepared for flexible shifts and must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for 12‐hour shifts
- Ability to wear cleanroom garments and occasional PPE
Desired Qualifications
- AAS or AS degree in Mechatronics, Science, Physics, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience through trade school or military training
- 2+ years of experience in industry, manufacturing, lab, or cleanroom environments, or equivalent military experience
- 2+ years of experience analyzing data using statistical and structured problem‐solving methods (e.g., Statistical Process Control)
