Job Summary
Start up and optimize injection molding equipment while troubleshooting molding, quality, and production issues to ensure products meet customer requirements. Partner with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to support process improvements and maintain safe operations adhering to GMP, safety, and quality standards. Maintain a clean work area, wear required PPE, and stand for most of the shift while lifting up to 30 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Manufacturing, setup, or process technician experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to stand for most of the work shift
- Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, crouch, bend, twist
- Must be able to wear company issued personal protective equipment (PPE) such as uniforms, gloves, hairnets
- Must adhere to safety policies
- Must maintain a clean and safe work area and report any unsafe conditions to supervisor
Desired Qualifications
- Injection molding and/or extrusion blow molding experience
- RJG Certification
- Scientific molding experience
