Job Summary
Process Technician to support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting equipment and processes, performing maintenance on fixtures and equipment, and documenting process/work instructions. Role involves assisting Manufacturing Engineers with projects, working from engineering drawings and schematics, developing PCB drawings or assemblies, preparing production assembly readiness, and contributing to engineering changes and new designs. Requires ability to read prints, work with electronics/test equipment, and develop testing plans; proficient in Word/Excel/Outlook. Located in Santa Clara, CA with in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma / Certificate / Associate’s Degree in Engineering Tech or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to read prints and schematics
- Background in practical electronics and test equipment
- Ability to develop and execute a detailed test plan
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
