Job Summary
Process Technician responsible for establishing and maintaining statistical process control, yield and scrap cost tracking within the engineering subdivision to improve process flow; implements and develops yield improvements and performs troubleshooting of existing procedures; enables and documents improved processes; conducts failure mode analysis for the subdivision and completes analyses in a timely fashion.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years or above related working experience
- Ability to use Excel, Word and PPT
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- Ability to apply (statistical analysis tools such as distribution charts, histograms, SPC , trending etc)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written English is a must
- Solid skills needed in product failure analysis and data analysis
- Understand the mechanical drawing and basic design for jigs/fixtures
- Train technician to improve work skill
