Job Summary
The Process Technician monitors operations process flow and quality of production parts related to Compound Injection Molding and troubleshoots any equipment problems. Key responsibilities include starting up, processing, and shutting down compound injection molding equipment, conducting tool changes, overseeing the chemical room, troubleshooting issues with blending systems, vacuum pumps, and mixing equipment. The role also involves operating, programming, and troubleshooting robots, as well as building and repairing relevant mixing equipment. Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, with experience in injection molding and troubleshooting. Licenses and certifications are preferred but not required.
