Job Summary
Operate gantry robots (ET, TW, U4), cut and test NOLs, and run basic power tools like saws and drills. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on machines while operating the parts saw and extractor. Execute basic FPM and FPS operations, including part programming, and consistently fill out paperwork. Locate and follow OPs, OIs, and training procedures; start NCRs and apply the 5 Whys method. Set heated roller ADFs and align torches and thermocouples. Work in a manufacturing facility requiring prolonged standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs in a dirty, noisy environment. Wear safety glasses and shoes at all times.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- < 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment
