Process Technician 3rd Shift (10:00 pm to 6:30 am)

Complete start-up of molding processes and provide first articles for quality approval. Program robots, perform calibration of color loaders, and troubleshoot hydraulic and electric molding machines. Set up end-of-arm tooling, chutes, and conveyor systems while maintaining lockout/tagout compliance for all equipment. Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met throughout the molding process and utilize IQMS for the entire workflow. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to established policies and procedures. Attend required training to stay current with industry standards.
