Process Technician - 2nd/3rd Shift

Job Summary
Start up, process, and shut down molding machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment to maintain production function and quality. Perform mold setter and machine operator duties as staffing and production demands change. Assist in sampling, continuous improvement, and engineering projects while troubleshooting process issues like flash, burns, or voids. Set up robot positions, hot stamp machines, and in-mold labeling equipment. Conduct minor repairs on mold tooling and machine components, debug sequence programs, and perform line clearances using purging compounds. Operate injection molding controls, forklifts, and power tools while following safety protocols and supervisor directions. Work 2nd and 3rd shifts with on-call rotation available.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work as part of a team and/ or independently on a project without constant supervision
- Understanding of fundamental injection molding processes going from pellet to part
- Basic understanding of machine/robot sequence programming
- Basic understanding of mold tooling
