Job Summary
Oversee technical project trials to ensure deliverables align with objectives and timelines, while facilitating communication between production teams and R&D. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including tracking system updates and technical procedures. Conduct regular project reviews and reports to update stakeholders on status and resolve technical hurdles. Implement best practices for technical operations in Manufacturing and assist in resource allocation to optimize productivity and budget adherence. Adhere to Personnel Processing Practices within IPL's Food Safety Plan. Requires a Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in flexible packaging, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing with knowledge of FDA, GMP, and SQF guidelines.
