Job Summary
Conduct equipment adjustments, autonomous maintenance, and lead changeovers to ensure production plans are met safely and efficiently. Operate various machinery, teach new employees proper operation, and perform daily data analysis to track productivity. Generate detailed repair reports and train operators to maintain high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Read and interpret technical drawings while managing Industrial, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and Mechanical systems. Work the 2nd shift with a minimum of three years manufacturing experience and an Associate's degree or GED.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or High School diploma/GED
- 3 years of manufacturing experience
- Fundamental understanding of Industrial Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and Mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings
- Ability to write detailed repair reports
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
