Job Summary
Operate ASU production plant and participate in shift-based production management, assisting the Plant supervisor in directing day-to-day operations; troubleshooting root causes, ensuring safety, process safety, and environmental procedures, and supporting maintenance to meet sales demand. Demonstrated ASU/production plant operation experience (2+ years) with a chemical/mechanical/instrumentation/electrical background; junior college or college degree. Must have strong interpersonal skills and English communication; contribute to CI projects and process/product quality improvements; responsible for safety procedures, incident reporting, and collaboration across shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years ASU production plant or similar plant operating experience
- Background in Chemical engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical
- Junior college or college degree
- Strong commitment to employee involvement, team building and diversity
- Good written and spoken English
