Job Summary
As a Process Support Engineer Trainer, you will develop and deliver training curriculums for PSE knowledge and skills, ensuring trainees understand products and process technologies to succeed in their roles. You will work closely with the Business Unit to maintain certification task lists and collaborate with instructional designers to create supportive course materials. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate clearly in a training environment, and a focus on enabling the success of PSE trainees.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in guiding products through their lifecycle
- High-visibility customer support skills
- Experience with complex systems and equipment
- Strong analytical skills with statistics
- Experience troubleshooting complex problems
- Ability to compile reports with high-level conclusions
Desired Qualifications
- Detailed understanding of the function, operation and applications for the BU's products
- Strong working relationship with the BU
- Understanding of the PSE role, including skills needed for PSE success
- Problem-solving skills
- Clear communication in a training environment
