Process Support Engineer (Diffusion)

Provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and the service and repair of complex systems and equipment. Work closely with customers and R&D teams to develop leading-edge processes for manufacturing advanced semiconductor chips, including hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOEs). Analyze data with statistics to compile reports on technically challenging process engineering experiments, while troubleshooting complex problems and performing root cause analyses to resolve difficult process issues. Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to build relationships, serve as a resource for junior colleagues, and lead small projects. Based at the customer's site daily in a fast-paced cleanroom environment, you will optimize process conditions to ensure stable, high-quality semiconductor processes.
