Job Summary
Process Supervisor role overseeing cGMP/GDP-aligned manufacturing operations. Responsible for coordinating with shift supervisors across all shifts, developing and presenting metrics and KPIs, ensuring documentation and data integrity, driving cross-functional process improvements, and leading cost-saving initiatives. Requires strong planning, scheduling, data analysis, and communication skills; must be self-motivated, collaborative, and able to manage projects end-to-end while maintaining quality and adherence to GDP requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a thorough understanding of cGMP and GDP requirements
- Must be able to think critically and exercise sound judgment
- Must coordinate closely with shift supervisors across all three shifts
- Must be able to generate, read, and interpret metrics and develop visual presentations
- Must be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
- Must be able to read and interpret documents in English and write routine reports
- Must work independently and be flexible to changing priorities
- Strong personal computer skills
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Resourceful, self-reliant, self-motivated, and confident
- Able to manage projects cross-functionally
- Self-starter who drives completion of tasks
- Planning – long term to short term
- Collaborate with Planning and support groups to develop schedules
- Coordinate with Shift Supervisors and support teams
- Monitor Performance including KPIs
- Lead Process Improvement and cost savings initiatives
- Support Team and investigations (root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions)
- Ensure GDP data integrity and documentation
