Lead and empower a team of Process Operators by setting clear expectations, implementing operating plans, and providing ongoing coaching and performance management. Oversee safe and efficient boiler house and process operations, including unit start-ups, shutdowns, process adjustments, and maintenance coordination to ensure reliable plant performance. Foster a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and environmental standards while leading emergency response activities. Coordinate process staffing schedules on nights, weekends, and holidays to maintain continuous plant operations. Drive operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and operator training.
