Job Summary
Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through start-up and certification. Assess processes, take measurements, and interpret data while designing, running, testing, and upgrading systems. Perform process simulations and risk assessments to manage cost and time constraints. Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality. Provide comprehensive process documentation and operating instructions. Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and proven experience in process engineering, including CAD, AutoCAD, and simulation software.

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience
- Knowledge of various machines and processes
- Analytical software like Minitab
- Computer numerical control software
- Resource planning software like SAP
- Strong analytical abilities
- Project management skills
- Strong communication skills
