Job Summary
Process Specialist at Novo Nordisk responsible for providing process, technical and strategic support as Site SME for the department. Lead and support various projects, coach/mentor Process Professionals, and communicate with Vendors/Engineering Firms on projects and technical issues. Complete assigned projects within cost, quality, and schedule requirements; present project status updates to Senior Management. Drive continuous improvement through Lean/Six Sigma, facilitate process validation, deviations assessments, and changes; apply cGMP knowledge; share best practices across NN sites; support training and knowledge transfer; contribute to strategic discussions and decision making with production leadership; travel up to 10% as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology or related field (required)
- ten (10) years of manufacturing experience (preferred for Associate’s option)
- eight (8) years of manufacturing experience (required)
- Lean manufacturing experience and training required
- excellent written communication skills
- ability to read and understand complex product documentation
- Six Sigma methodologies experience
- experience with change control and QMS
- validation knowledge and product/tech transfer experience
- experience with regulatory audits/inspections
- experience with electronic manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP, PAS-X)
- adult learning methodologies and training/coaching abilities
