Process Specialist (56624)

Set-up, adjust, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, changeover, schedule and operate process equipment in assigned area; maintain safe and reliable operation; provide guidance to team members to meet production volume with safety, quality and scrap targets. Reads/interprets mechanical and hydraulic drawings and specs; uses calipers, micrometers and gauges to inspect dimensions; performs material and tooling handling, maintains records, and coordinates changeovers; conducts basic electrical work, troubleshooting and maintenance; ensures proper documentation and approval tickets; promotes teamwork and continuous improvement; handles housekeeping and compliance with safety procedures. Strong skills in interpreting drawings, operating various tools and measuring devices, and applying TPM/PM techniques to maintain equipment.
