Job Summary
Execute personal, substitute, and posting service in compliance with Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure and federal rules, completing job packets with compliant affidavits within assigned service windows. Operate the Aristocrat technology platform to accept, route, and close assignments in real time while maintaining GPS compliance, timestamped logs, and photographic documentation. Uphold NAPPS ethical standards and adhere strictly to client timelines, skip-trace protocols, and attempt requirements. Submit daily field activity reports, manage vehicle mileage, and flag compliance concerns proactively. Leads provide on-the-ground mentoring, quality-check affidavits, and escalate service issues to the National Director. Requires a valid Arkansas driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to self-manage a dynamic workload.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States (I-9 required for W-2 employees)
- Valid Arkansas driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to self-manage a dynamic daily workload without direct supervision
- Strong written communication for affidavit preparation and daily reporting
- Must pass background check (criminal and driving history)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as a process server, field investigator, or courier in a legal or court environment
- Familiarity with Arkansas county court systems, clerk offices, and sheriff service procedures
- NAPPS membership or certification, or knowledge of NAPPS professional standards
- Experience supervising or mentoring field staff
- Knowledge of skip-tracing methods and evasion documentation best practices
