Job Summary
Attempt service on all assigned cases every 72 hours, activating files within 24 hours of receipt. Make at least one weekend attempt per file and conduct 3-8 attempts before marking a case non-served. Capture GPS-stamped photos and log attempts using proprietary mobile apps, then complete and return affidavits promptly for payment. Work variable hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends while residing near Cook County. Requires a PERC card, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
