Process Server

Attempt service on all assigned cases every 72 hours, activating cases within 24 hours of receiving documents. Make at least one weekend attempt per file and conduct due diligence with 3-8 attempts before marking a case as non-served. Capture GPS-stamped photos and log attempts using proprietary mobile apps, then complete and return affidavits promptly for payment. This independent contractor role requires a PERC card, reliable transportation, and the ability to work variable hours including weekends.
