Make diligent and reasonable efforts to complete process serving assignments throughout Rhode Island's South Kingstown and North Kingstown coverage areas. Document each attempt accurately, provide detailed notes and affidavits, and follow client, court, and company service requirements. Manage your own schedule while making timely attempts at various times, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Use a smartphone with mobile applications and reliable transportation to travel within your assigned zone. Serve legal documents independently while maintaining strong communication and documentation skills. Weekly payments and clear assignment instructions support your growing contractor business.
