Process Server

Attempt service on all assigned cases at least every 72 hours, activating files within 24 hours of receiving documents. Make at least one weekend attempt per assigned file and ensure due diligence with 3-8 attempts before marking a case as non-served. Capture GPS-stamped photos and log attempts using proprietary mobile apps, then complete and return affidavits promptly to receive payment. This independent contractor role requires a PERC card, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation, with flexibility for variable hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Candidates must reside near Cook County and possess access to a computer, printer, and scanner.
