Job Summary
Attempt service on all assigned cases every 72 hours, activating files within 24 hours of receipt and making at least one weekend attempt per file. Ensure due diligence with 3-8 attempts across weekday mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends before marking cases as non-served. Capture GPS-stamped photos and log attempts using proprietary mobile apps, then complete and return affidavits promptly for payment. Requires a PERC card, reliable transportation, and valid driver's license; ability to work variable hours including weekends. Independent contractor role serving legal documents for top law firms and financial institutions in Hancock County, IL.
