Job Summary
Process Sciences Lab Support Technician responsible for independent and collaborative client-facing laboratory tasks, including preparing buffers/media, performing general lab support (BSC cleaning, bioreactor assembly), documenting and logging data accurately, and supporting GMP/compliance activities. Role emphasizes hands-on lab work, data entry into quality systems, and collaboration with scientists, operations, and quality teams within a full-time, first-shift schedule (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM). Opportunities include exposure to regulated biotech/pharma environments and development of GMP documentation and data integrity skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma - Associate's Degree preferred
- Laboratory experience preferred
- Strong Computer and Organizational skills
- cGMP experience is desirable
- Ability to thrive working in a fast-paced environment
- Can balance multiple assignments and perform tasks within appropriate timeframes while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Can develop and drive scientific and/or business-related improvement ideas
