Process Safety Engineer

Job Summary
Implement and maintain Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Program (RMP) compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations. Lead Process Hazard Analysis, Layer of Protection Analysis, and Facility Siting Studies while collaborating on Management of Change processes. Develop HSSE procedures, conduct incident investigations, and perform regular audits to ensure adherence to industry standards. Provide safety training to plant personnel and support Safety Instrumented System documentation and chemical dispersion modeling. Manage relief device systems and provide project input on process safety requirements to mitigate risks. Stay updated on evolving regulations and best practices.
