Job Summary
Implement Corporate Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements, policies, and best practices across beer operations in Mexico. Maintain corporate standards for Fire Protection Systems and FM Global procedures while ensuring alignment with regulatory criteria. Partner with site teams to drive consistent interpretation of risk management practices and manage the corporate Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) portfolio and action tracking system. Track Key Performance Indicators, analyze incident investigation data, and coordinate capital project risk assessments. Develop executive dashboards and reports to provide leadership visibility on system health and compliance status. Train local and operations teams on process safety competencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree on chemical engineering or related
- specifically developed as Chemical Process Engineer or Process Safety Professional
- Process Hazard Study Leader
- Domain of HAZOP, HAZID, What if?, LOPA, QRA or similar methodologies
- Fire Protection Specialist
- Hazardous Area Classification
- Process Engineering Experience (Handling Hazardous Chemicals)
- Knowledge in P&ID, interlock matrix, philosophy of operation, material and energy balance
- knowledge of PSM standards like STPS, OSHA, NFPA, IIAR, The Chlorine Institute, FM
- Managerial skills
