Job Summary
Process Quality Specialist needed to drive operational excellence across Derivco and Games Global environments. Responsibilities include analyzing and redesigning business processes to eliminate inefficiencies, conducting process mapping and root cause analysis, and applying Lean Six Sigma to deliver measurable impact. The role focuses on reducing costs, automating manual steps with intelligent, software-driven solutions, and optimizing resource allocation. It also covers standardizing processes to improve customer and employee experiences, designing scalable workflows, defining performance metrics, and building data-driven business cases. Governance and compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and SOX are integral, ensuring alignment with risk-management standards. The position requires 8–10 years of experience in process design/operational excellence, Black Belt-level Lean Six Sigma, SDLC and Agile/Scrum proficiency, automation-focused process design, and strong stakeholder management across cross-entity and customer-facing environments.
Required Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (essential)
- 8–10 years of experience in process design, operational excellence, or business transformation
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or equivalent)
- Process Mapping and Root Cause Analysis
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Strong experience in automation-first and intelligent agent process design
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Experience across customer-facing and cross-entity environments
