Job Summary

Lead project quality planning and risk management from New Product Introduction through mass production, driving APQP activities and ensuring successful product launches via PPAP submission and customer approval. Manage process quality during manufacturing by analyzing issues, executing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve yield and reduce defects. Serve as the primary customer quality interface, coordinating requirements, leading complaint analysis for 8D closure, and conducting process and product audits to ensure compliance. Utilize quality tools including PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality-related roles within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in quality management for both New Product Development (APQP/NPI) and mass production stages
  • Proficient in core quality tools including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC
  • Audit experience
  • Familiarity with quality risk identification, quality planning, and problem-solving methodologies
  • Experience in manufacturing quality improvement and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to independently drive quality issue analysis, corrective actions, and closure
  • Good English reading, writing, and business communication skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in industries related to polymer materials, functional materials, thermal interface materials, EMI shielding materials, adhesives, silicone materials, foam materials, composite materials, or related fields
  • Educational background in Polymer Materials, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing processes, quality defects, and quality control practices related to polymer materials and/or thermal interface materials
  • DOE (Design of Experiments) analysis capability
  • Degree in Quality Management or other related disciplines
  • Industry background in electronic materials, automotive electronic materials, or industrial materials
  • Familiarity with IATF 16949 or ISO 13485 quality management system requirements
  • Experience in a High Volume Production manufacturing environment
  • Experience in early-stage quality development, process control, customer audits, and customer quality management
  • Proficient in problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone Analysis
  • Experience in quality training and team coaching
  • Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills
