Job Summary
Process Quality Engineer responsible for leading process optimization, testing and validation, and data-driven improvements to ensure product quality, safety, compliance, and plant performance. Drives root-cause analysis, leverages Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (DOE, SPC), conducts factory tests, guides cross-functional teams through trials, and implements corrective/preventive actions. Requires collaboration with operators, supervisors, engineering teams, and technical staff to sustain process control, improve efficiency, and support new product development and quality initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field
- 35+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience using statistical analysis software such as Minitab
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions
- Ability to work safely and effectively in both office and manufacturing plant environments
