Job Summary
Plant Engineer role providing engineering support and project leadership at Stratas Foods’ Valdosta site, balancing ~60% project-related activities with ~40% plant-support duties. Responsibilities include project management, GMP/HACCP adherence, training to ensure regulatory compliance, safety training for contractors, technical support for plant processes and improvements, creating sketches/drawings/ layouts, and maintaining effective communication with staff/vendors. Requires BS in engineering/technical field (Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical preferred), 3-5+ years engineering experience, familiarity with CMMS/PLC concepts (Allen Bradley PLC, MP2), and proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project). Required Qualifications
