Job Summary
Process Production Engineer in Mitsubishi Chemical America’s Specialty Resins division, Pasadena, TX. Drive production performance and continuous improvement on a 24/7 chemical manufacturing site by partnering with Production leadership, leading root cause investigations, and implementing corrective actions to improve throughput, quality, reliability, and cost efficiency. Key duties include monitoring plant performance, supporting production planning, coordinating with Operators, Supervisors, Maintenance, Technical, and EHS teams, leading safety and operational excellence initiatives, assisting with DCS systems and production recipes, participating in PSM/HAZOP studies, and scaling laboratory-developed products to commercial manufacturing while developing leadership through cross-functional, production-focused projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline
