Required Qualifications
- 4 yr Mechanical Engineering Diploma/Degree

- Manager project tooling & NRE budgets
- Time & tooling cost estimating expertise
- Methods and time studies
- Supervisory expertise; assign & check work of junior as well as planners for conformity to specification & manufacturability
