Job Summary
Process & Oxy Valve Technician in Unanderra, NSW performing mechanical fitting tasks including testing, cleaning, stripping, assessing, repairing, painting, packaging and dispatching process and oxy valves and actuators; conduct in-process inspections to ensure products meet quality and contractual standards; maintain tools and measuring instruments; complete documentation and time sheets; supervise deliveries and coordinate with internal teams and customers; role is primarily workshop-based with occasional travel to local customer sites; requires a Mechanical Trade qualification, strong problem-solving and communication skills, safety-focused mindset, and ability to work in high-risk industrial environments.
Required Qualifications
- A Mechanical Trade qualification (Fitter, Turner & Machinist, Light Vehicle or Plant Mechanic)
- A current Australian Driver’s License (Class C)
