Job Summary
Design, standardize, and govern end-to-end transport processes for North America, including routing, dispatch, loading, and last-mile operations. Develop SOPs, workflows, and KPIs while conducting structured testing and validation before deployment. Define requirements for digital tools and automation, then work with BI teams to deploy performance dashboards. Train teams on routing and dispatch procedures, maintain centralized documentation, and perform route diagnostics and error analysis. Execute regular audits, implement corrective action plans with transport leaders, and ensure equipment governance meets HSSE&Q compliance.
