Job Summary
Analyze user requests via dedicated channels and create JIRA tickets, managing them to resolution. Resolve issues directly or redirect to the appropriate entity, escalating complex matters through meetings with IT and functional teams. Collaborate with multi-skilled teams to evolve logistics tools and processes, while drafting test scenarios and executing User Acceptance Testing for feature deliveries. Maintain up-to-date metrics and lead rituals with business owners and IT groups throughout the CRONOS application lifecycle. Requires a Bac+5 in Supply Chain or Logistics with 1–3 years of experience, proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SCRUM principles, alongside strong analytical and communication skills.

- Bac +5 en Supply Chain / Logistique, Systèmes d'Information ou spécialisation équivalente
- Avoir de 1 à 3 ans d'expérience

- Communication (animations, formations ou ateliers, préparations supports écrits)
- Connaissances en Supply Chain / Grands principes de distribution automobile
- Compétences en UAT
- UAT (Recettes) : cas de test et exécutions + suivi anomalies
- Pilotage planning
- Supply Chain Automobile
- IT : principes fonctionnels de dév, SCRUM, gestion data
- Français
- Pratique de l'anglais (autonome)
- Excel (tableaux de données, indicateurs, graphiques, VBA...)
- Power BI / Access
